Today, I had a very disappointing experience at Cassidy’s Corner Cafe LBX. I came in to pick up a package. There was no one waiting in line in front of me, but I waited about 5–6 minutes for someone to help me. Three employees were focused on talking with the same customer. Even though I made it clear that I was there and needed assistance, no one acknowledged me or even had the courtesy to say, “One moment, we’ll help you.” Especially the girl wearing glasses had a very uninterested and unprofessional attitude. Treating a customer this way is not acceptable for any business. After seeing the low ratings and reviews, I understand better why some customers may have had negative experiences. It seems that customer service and professionalism are areas that need more attention. I am writing this review so the owner can also be aware of what is happening. The way employees treat customers directly affects the reputation of the business. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that customers receive the respectful and attentive service they deserve in the future.

Disappointed with our breakfast experience this morning at the café. Ordered toasted Asiago Bagel with Cream Cheese and hot Americano with steamed half/half, but bagel wasn't toasted and coffees had no sugar as requested. Looks like the order taker lacks attention to detail. #breakfastfail #payattentiontodetails 🤦‍♀️☕️🥯

It was a cute café. The prices are pretty high, I spent $20 on two ítems. I got a bagel sandwich but didnt like how much ranch was used (It was a lot). Lettuce was wilted as well. Found a hair in my iced coffee too…was told I would receive a refund but nothing has happened and they don’t print receipts for confirmation.

Cassidy's Corner Cafe is located inside the Long Beach Hangar (LBX) and the first place you'll see when you walk inside! The bagels here are INCREDIBLE--fluffy, thick, and I'm not kidding, better than anything l've found in NYC (and I just took a trip there!) Their breakfast and lunch sandwiches are fantastic. There were tons of people ordering the pizza bagels so I was curious - and now ! totally get the hype. The standout for me though is their amazing garlic spread. It added such a rich, savory note to every sandwich. I could literally eat a plain bagel with just that spread on it and be thrilled! Cassidy's does drinks. Coffee was delicious, as was the fresh squeezed orange juice. You can totally tell when it's not from carton--this was so tasty! And I highly recommend getting the ice blended lemonade. It was so creamy and sweet, topped with whipped cream! I haven't had anything like that before. Also was super surprised to see they also serve Bloody Mary's. Super spicy and flavorful, I need to keep this in mind for brunch with friends next time I come back!

I’ve always loved the food hall setup and this being here is great. I just got their nitro cold brew with almond milk. It was smooth, refreshing and a great start for the day. I’d definitely come back to try their other menu items. I also tried their matcha latte with ube and it was phenomenal. I highly recommend it.
